Hi everyone! I hope everyone has been having a great first week at their REU program. It was so great to meet everyone at Purdue! I thought it was very exciting that we all have different backgrounds and interests, but we all were able to get really excited about Fluid Power during Bootcamp.
Coming in to Bootcamp, I knew very little about Fluid Power. The faculty and staff at Purdue did an amazing job explaining these complex topics in more basic ways and I was able to really take some information away from it. All the labs we had the opportunity to see were outstanding and it was so cool to see some of these fluid power technologies in action.
I'm looking forward to diving into a lot of different topics this summer and gaining experience from the staff here at Vanderbilt. Go Fluid Power!
