Hi everyone! My name is Sophia Dolan, and I'm a rising junior studying mechanical engineering at Columbia University in the City of New York. I grew up in Newton, Massachusetts, a suburb of Boston. Outside of schoolwork, I'm an amateur musician (I play the trumpet), and I sometimes work with my University's chapter of the Society of Automotive Engineers.This summer I will be researching water solubility in biodegradable hydraulic fluids at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
